1. Who we are

This website is run by Seasonmade, a studio based in Beirut, Lebanon ("Seasonmade", "we", "us"). You can reach us at orders@seasonmade.me, on +961 76 965 849 (phone and WhatsApp), Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00.

By using seasonmade.me or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or place an order.

2. Orders and previews

Every gift is made to order. You can order through the website, by WhatsApp, or through our custom gift form.

Placing an order is a request to buy. A contract between you and Seasonmade is formed only when we confirm your order and you approve the digital preview we send you, usually on WhatsApp.

• Check the preview carefully: spelling of names, dates, messages and colours. We print exactly what you approve.
• You can ask for changes to the preview before you approve it.
• Once you approve the preview, we start making your gift and it can no longer be changed.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a design is offensive, infringes someone else's rights, can't be printed well, or if we can't reach you to confirm it. If that happens, you pay nothing.

3. Names, messages and designs you send us

When you send us text, logos, images or ideas to put on a gift, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they don't break any law or anyone else's rights.

You keep the rights to your content. You allow us to use it only to make and deliver your order. We will not show photos of your personalized gift on our website or social media without your permission.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order and confirmed with your preview.
• Delivery is free on orders over $50. Below that, delivery costs $5 per delivery address in Lebanon.
• Payment is cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives. We never ask for card details on this website.
• If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will tell you before you approve the preview, and you can cancel at no cost.

5. Making and delivery

Most gifts are ready 3 to 10 days after you approve the preview. Each product shows its own estimate. These times are estimates, not guarantees, especially around busy seasons.

We deliver anywhere in Lebanon. Please give a correct address and a reachable phone number; sending a WhatsApp location pin is the easiest. If you need your gift by a certain date, tell us when you order and we'll let you know if we can make it.

If we can't deliver because the address is wrong or nobody is available, we'll contact you to arrange another delivery.

6. Cancelling an order

• You can cancel free of charge at any time before you approve the preview, from your account or by contacting us.
• After you approve the preview, your gift is made just for you and the order can't be cancelled.
• Refusing a personalized order at delivery after approving its preview may lead us to decline future orders.

7. Returns, defects and mistakes

Because every gift is personalized and made to your instructions, we can't accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind. This does not affect your rights under Lebanese consumer protection law.

If your gift arrives damaged, faulty, or different from the preview you approved, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll remake it or refund what you paid for that item, whichever you prefer. Mistakes in text you approved in the preview aren't covered.

8. About 3D printed products

• Gifts are 3D printed layer by layer, so fine layer lines and small variations in colour or finish are normal and part of the handmade character, not defects.
• Colours on screen can look slightly different from the real piece.
• Our gifts are decorative. They are not toys and may contain small parts, so keep them away from young children.
• The plastic can soften or bend in high heat. Keep gifts out of direct sun, hot cars, ovens and dishwashers.

9. Your account

You need an account to order on the website. Keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse or to break these terms.

10. Our website and designs

The Seasonmade name, logo, website, photos and product designs belong to Seasonmade. You may not copy, sell or reproduce them without our written permission.

11. Our responsibility

We take care to make every gift well and to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can't be limited by law.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as power cuts, internet outages, strikes, road closures, security events or courier disruptions.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. If we have a disagreement, please contact us first and we'll do our best to solve it. If we can't, the courts of Beirut will have jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
